Fadel expands operations and reaches another continent.
After a long journey, which took us to dozens of cities in Brazil and Paraguay, Fadel is crossing the Atlantic and, with pride, we announce the opening of the newest business unit, now in South Africa. Initially there were more than 100 new direct jobs with a high-tech fleet managed with all of Fadel's expertise.
To start our operation in South Africa, we had a prior preparation, where we sought to understand the political and cultural aspects of the country, ensuring that the administrative processes were executed in the best way. Every detail was important to ensure an excellent incorporation.
We started our operation in South Africa with a structured team, we took our culture of values to new employees and adherence was immediate. We show that People Management is one of the main pillars to ensure excellence in results with a focus on safety, meeting our client's expectations.
The process of integrating new employees was a success, we showed that one of our main values is safety in all work relationships, we applied several trainings, focused on defensive driving, use of PPE, in addition to taking technologies that help in the control of safety.
In order to maintain the continuity of results, we carry operational processes, embedded technologies and people management in our luggage. This set of actions guaranteed us an excellent organizational climate, allowing us to maintain our high level of service.
The expectations for this new cycle are excellent. It is in this spirit that another chapter is beginning. One of many to come!
