Professional roles and responsibilities:

  • Recruitment process;
  • Monitor and execute DPO/VPO;
  • Train and update the corporate standard related to the people area;
  • Manage compensation practices and the benefits package;
  • Compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions;
  • Process information needed to close the payroll;
  • Manage benefits and maintain relationships with suppliers;
  • Training and development.
