The Great Place to Work consultancy is known globally for supporting companies to obtain better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation.
It all started in the 80s with journalist Robert Levering, when he was asked to write a book about the best companies to work for in the United States. At the time, the answer was no, according to him, there was no good company from the perspective of employees. After lengthy conversations, he ended up accepting the proposal, interviewing thousands of employees in secrecy and completely confidential in companies across the country.
Throughout the interview, he found people who hated their companies and their bosses in different work environments, but surprisingly, he found people who loved what they did, their companies and co-workers. The discovery made him abandon all his work and opened a small office with his wife, calling it Great Place to Work and further deepening his research.
For four consecutive years we have been certified with this important seal which we are proud to maintain at the Brazilian level and for the second year Fadel was certified once again in the Best Companies to Work Ranking based in the state of São Paulo GPTW SP, being among the top 10, in the large segment.
