It is with great honor that we announce our recognition by the GPTW PY Millennials!
To close 2022 on a high note, Fadel Paraguay was recognized as the Best Places to Work for Millennials!
GPTW evaluates all organizations that have received the GPTW certification and, after validating some criteria, the companies that have the best performance are recognized.
This is a spontaneous certification, that is, it is not possible to register – the company only obtains this recognition if it actually meets all the criteria determined by the GPTW based on the research that certifies the receipt of the seal. Are they:
- organization must have Great Place to Work® certification within the past 12 months;
- have at least 20% of employees from the Millennial generation in the composition of its QLP;
- both in total respondents and in Millennials demography, the Trust Index (work climate survey) needs to reach at least 65 percentage points of positive perception;
And finally, of all the companies that meet the criteria, the organizations with the highest scores according to the For All™ Methodology are recognized.
We are privileged to have the millennial generation on our staff, a generation engaged with innovation and committed to work.
